Text Box:        I was born in Smith Country Va. We often attended the fair, we had two horses we rode in the fair to win the Blue Ribbon.  We lived in a seven room house. The wind blew so hard it blew the windows out. We had a spring house which we kept the milk in the trough. We lived on a farm. We milked 8 cows had corn , raised tobacco,  I helped my brother feed the cows. We sold eggs and shopped at a county store. We went to a county school we also rode a school bus. Had lot of friends  I was 7 years old when we move to Tazewell Va.

Text Box: had a nervous breakdown from taking care of my grandma. I suffered from caregiver’s stress among other things. I was hospitalized for three weeks. While I was in the hospital, my grandma was put in an adult home. When I came
  home from the hospital, I had to adjust to a whole new way of life.

I was born in Dun ford town then took me to Richland's hospital after I was born I had 2 brothers Lewis 10, Floyd 13. When I was almost 2 years, the welfare took all three of us and put us in foster homes. My real mothers name was Lucille  and my dads name was Russell and Floyd and Connie's  dads name was John.  It was 30 years Text Box: before I knew my brother Floyd was still living. Connie died in 1989. My Aunt Stella  told me about Floyd and where he lived. Stella was Lucille’s sister.  Stella has 4 kids Louise, Kathy, Irene, and Howard Neal.

That’s the first time I got professional help. I was lonely and very depressed. So I decided that I needed a change. So I moved to Horse pen, Virginia to take care of my elderly grandmother.
