Well, I’ve experienced all the clubhouse consist of and that is working in your units and going on trips. You have to smoke outside of all the clubhouses. All clubhouses serve breakfast and lunch and have groups on your diagnoses.

 Staff changing Units
Chantay—Maintenance Unit
Said “I have enjoyed switching units. It gives each unit supervisor a chance to see what duties and responsibilities are done each day in each unit. This helps because if a staff person has to be off of work then the other supervisor can fill in and will know what needs to be done. It gives you more respect for the other person Text Box: and the job they do.”
Heather- Kitchen Unit
said “I have really enjoyed the unit change. It is nice to get a change in routine and to learn the responsibilities of the kitchen unit supervisor. I have also enjoyed working on my cooking skills.”
Nancy Clerical Unit
said “I have enjoyed changing the units not ever working in clerical unit you don’t know what the job of this unit is. It gives you the opportunity to learn. If you don’t know the computer in this unit you learn the hard way.

What is blue time. It is when a person realizes they have a mental illness and how they cope with it. I asked Kristen when she realized that she had a mental illness? She said “when she was 18 years old.” I also asked her how did she cope with it? She said “I listen to music and talk to people on the phone.” The next thing I asked her was if she went to the doctor for help? She said “Yes that’s when I went to the hospital.” The last thing I asked her was Do you think that you are doing better now? She said “Yes I’ am.”
