POPULATION SERVED: Mental health clients of Cumberland Mountain Community Services from the Buchanan County area, 18 years old or older.

PURPOSE: The central purpose of the store is to provide vocational training for mental health clients. The store also provides a service to the community. Individuals can purchase used items that are in good shape at reasonable prices.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: As a vocational rehabilitation component of O.U.R. House, Thangs is a thrift store allowing individuals of the community to to donate items as charitable contributions. The program also allows the community to purchase these items at bargain prices. Our main purpose, however, is to provide employment opportunities for the mentally ill.
