Cumberland Mountain Community Services Board is accepting applications for various positions within our organization.
CMCSB complies with all aspects of Equal Opportunity Employment Commission (EEOC) regulations. CMCSB also maintains a drug-free workplace.
Interested applicants may apply online by Clicking Here. Applications are accepted only when positions are posted and open to the public. CMCSB does not accept unsolicited applications.
Many of our positions require an acceptable driving record and at least two years of driving experience (not counting the time with a learner’s permit). In a continuing effort to ensure the safety of the individuals we serve, and to protect the interest of CMCSB, the agency has implemented a Vehicle Safety Policy. Please review the policy by Clicking Here.
All CMCSB positions require background investigation, which may include a reference check, criminal history record check, Department of Social Services child abuse and neglect check, and a driving record check. Virginia’s barrier crime laws prohibit persons convicted of certain statutorily-defined crimes from obtaining employment with certain employers, mostly those employers specializing in the care of vulnerable populations, such as children, the elderly, and those with physical and intellectual disabilities.
