Cumberland Mountain Community Services Board’s Human Resource office is always interesting and fast-paced. This department focuses on policy and procedure development, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and maintenance of personnel information. The HR office also serves as a resource support function to three program divisions and one administrative division.
