These risk factors can occur in multi-life domains including individual, family, school and community. CATCHMENT AREA: Counties of Buchanan, Russell, and Tazewell. PURPOSE: To provide prevention programming in the community/schools that leads to planned change which creates conditions that give persons the best chance of success in their community. Prevention programs advocate those actions, policies, and procedures which are designed to shape our culture and our systems in a way that is supportive of healthier life styles.
